THE PRODUCT

What kind of oil do you sell?

We exclusively sell extra virgin olive oil produced in our own mill.
Every product in the CONIO line is born from a simple principle: reduce interference to make room for taste.
Our oils are filtered (except for CONIO Primo), stable over time, and designed to express aromatic legibility, balance, and sensory cleanliness.

Why Bag in Box and not the classic can?

The Bag in Box is designed for those who consume larger quantities of oil and want to preserve its quality over time.
Unlike cans, where the oil remains in contact with air and oxidizes more quickly, the hermetic bag system of the Bag in Box ensures that the oil never comes into contact with air during use, preserving freshness and organoleptic characteristics until the last drop.
For this reason, we offer it in 1lt, 3lt, and 5lt formats – sizes suitable for regular consumption that leverage this superior preservation feature.

How is extra virgin olive oil stored?

Oil should be stored away from light, heat, and air.
The ideal temperature is between 14°C and 18°C.
Avoid keeping it near the stove or exposed to direct sunlight.
Once opened, it is recommended to consume the bottle within 4-6 weeks to best appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.

THE METHOD

Where do you produce your oil?

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely in our oil mill, where we control every stage of the process from harvesting to bottling.
This dedication to the artisan process, combined with state-of-the-art machinery, allows us to guarantee the maximum quality and authenticity that characterises each of our products.

What is the Top Selection 18-25 protocol?

The CONIO 18-25 Top Selection line follows a controlled thermal protocol: the olive paste is cooled to 18°C using a heat exchanger, and malaxation takes place at a maximum temperature of 25°C.
This process preserves polyphenols and volatile aromas, ensuring maximum aromatic readability of the oil.

What is CONIO Primo?

CONIO Primo is the first pressing of the olive oil campaign, bottled without filtration.
It is a vibrant, cloudy oil, with an intense vegetable profile and a unique aromatic complexity.
It is only available until December, in small and medium packages (250ml, 1lt, 3lt), to be best consumed before its vivacity diminishes over time.

What does "co-franto" mean?

Our chili and lemon condiments are produced using the "co-pressing" method: the fresh ingredient is ground together with the olives during oil extraction.
These are not cold-added flavorings, but a natural and profound integration from the very beginning.
The result is an authentic, unadulterated aromatic profile.
